VMware Explore is VMware’s flagship event for all things multi-cloud. VMware Explore aims to facilitate new relationships, inspire learning, and provide hands-on training and access to thought leadership in the multi-cloud space.

Casual to business dress is appropriate. We do recommend dressing in layers as temperatures can vary.

Are there practices in place to mitigate the environmental footprint of the event?
VMware is mitigating the carbon emissions associated with VMware Explore 2023 attendee participation by investing in nature-based solutions that sequester carbon. More specifically, VMware supports the Three Rivers Grasslands Restoration project, which removes carbon from the atmosphere by restoring degraded grasslands. We aspire to host a carbon neutral event and our 2023 Explore series demonstrates progress towards this goal.

Registration
What are the registration fees for the event?
VMware Explore Singapore is a complimentary event and there are no registration fees. Register for free today.
What is included in registration?
Your registration for VMware Explore Singapore entitles you to the following:
- 50+ sessions including the general session, solution keynotes, breakout sessions, and more*
- Destinations, lounges and activities such as the sponsor expo, solution booth and VMware Hands-on Labs
- Attendee lunch and refreshments on September 27 and 28
*Note that some breakout sessions and programs are restricted to VMware partners or other select groups of attendees. Access to all sessions are first come first serve basis as we will have limited seats.
Is there a deadline for registration?
No, there's no deadline. You can register through the last day of the event.
Can I be denied registration for any reason?
VMware reserves the right to deny registration to any individual or entity for any reason, at VMware's sole discretion, including past or present failure to meet VMware's standards of conduct, and also including (but not limited to) engaging in violent, illegal, threatening or discriminatory conduct.
Can I register for multiple VMware Explore events?
Registration for each event is separate, and you will need to register and pay (if applicable) for each event independently.
Event Access
Will I need a badge to get in?
Yes, an event badge is required for entry and should be worn at all times. You'll be able to pick up your badge at the VMware Explore registration desk during open registration hours. For security purposes, be prepared to show identification. If you lose your badge, you may show photo identification and have it reprinted at a registration check-in desk.
Do I need a visa to attend the event?
If you are attending from outside of Singapore, there are a few countries that require a visa for entry. We recommend checking in advance with your country's local Singapore consulate for details and requirements.
How do I obtain a visa invitation letter?
During the registration process, you will be asked if you require a visa letter. To request a visa letter from the VMware Explore team, please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Full name on passport
- Date and place of birth
- Nationality
- Passport number, place and date of issue, and date of expiration
- Are you a government official? [yes, no]
Please note that we can only issue visa letter for attendees who have requested a letter and have completed registration for the event. Visa letter requests will not be accepted after September 8, 2023.

How can I access content from past events?
Visit the VMware Explore Video Library for on-demand content from our VMware Explore 2022 events. You can view VMworld 2021 sessions in the VMworld Video Archive. Access is free of charge but requires a VMware ID to view.
