VMware Ready for vSAN Overview

The VMware Ready logo allows customers to quickly identify VMware partner’s products and solutions that are optimized for vSphere, Horizon and many other VMware software products. VMware Ready products and solutions interoperate seamlessly with a virtual infrastructure and have met specific VMware integration and interoperability standards.

Program Overview:

VMware Ready for vSAN Program (the "Program") offers Partners a set of tools, resources, and processes needed to certify File Services or Data Protection products with VMware vSAN storage. This program has now been extended to enable partners to certify their Data Protection products/solutions with VMware Cloud on AWS. The certification program enables partner solutions to be listed on the VMware VCG with the compatible VMware vSAN product.

Program Requirements:

To be eligible to use the VMware Ready for vSAN logo partners must meet the following criteria:

  • Maintain current membership in the VMware Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) program at the Elite or Global level. Visit the TAP home page for information about the program and how to enroll.

  • Successful certification and posting of the partner product on the VMware Compatibility Guide.
  • Provide cooperative support for the qualifying products through TSANet. Maintain TSANet membership and an entry in the VMware custom TSANet portal.
  • General support for vSAN and vSphere features is purchased separately.
