Kit Beall is senior vice president of Global Accounts and Telco at VMware. He is responsible for VMware’s largest and most strategic global customers, in addition to leading the largest sales vertical. 

Kit and his team are focused on helping customers accelerate their business transformation using VMware’s multi-cloud capabilities. With Telcos building 5G networks and innovating around the world, Kit is at the forefront of this once-in-a-generation shift, bringing VMware’s best-in-class solutions to help service providers quickly modernize and monetize their networks. This includes innovations in the areas of modern apps for networks, open RAN, and edge computing. 

Kit joined VMware in 2019 through the acquisition of Uhana, where he served as chief operating officer. Uhana’s AI/ML platform for mobile networks has been launched as the VMware RIC, which enables revolutionary new capabilities through network programmability and slicing.

Over the past three decades, Kit has held leadership roles across a range of innovative technology companies, including Cisco and NeXT Computer. With a focus on building high-performing, diverse teams, he brings a combination of enterprise sales expertise and technical acumen to the organization.

Kit is a patent holder in VoIP technology and received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Science from Gettysburg College.
