VMware is excited to announce the appointment of Dominick Delfino to the post of senior vice president and general manager of VMware’s Americas region. Delfino is responsible for strategic planning, business operations, go-to-market strategy and management of VMware’s business in Latin America, the United States and Canada. He will report directly to Maurizio Carli, executive vice president, Worldwide Sales and Services, VMware.
Delfino brings more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry. During is over four-year tenure at VMware, he has led sales for VMware’s Software Defined Data Center offering, including spearheading VMware NSX from an incubation product to one of VMware’s growth engines. Prior to VMware, Delfino held a number of leadership roles at Cisco.
