Local Language Support Policy
Although technical support for VMware products is delivered primarily in English, VMware continues to expand support capabilities in local languages.
Technical support in local language is available for the following countries on a limited set of VMware products: France (French), Germany (German), Poland (Polish), Latin America (Spanish), Saudi Arabia (Arabic), United Arab Emirates (Arabic), Turkey (Turkish), Russia and rest of Commonwealth of Independent States (Russian), Japan (Japanese), and China (Chinese).
Note: Local Language support is not available for Basic Support Entitlement users (France and Germany Only).
For all other countries, support contact by telephone is conducted in English. In addition, VMware response time target commitments are based on response in English only.
