Embracing New Horizons: Inspiring Women in Tech is an opportunity to celebrate the achievements and explore the experiences of influential women in the technology industry. This empowering session aims to inspire and motivate women in tech to pursue their passion for technology, overcome challenges, and embrace the limitless opportunities available in the field. “Embracing New Horizons” welcomes all allies to support this community and learn how to best challenge and empower colleagues to reach their full potential.


During the session, a distinguished panel of accomplished leaders in tech will share their journeys, highlighting the pivotal moments, triumphs, and lessons learned along the way. Through their diverse stories, attendees will gain insights into the realities of being a woman in tech and discover strategies to overcome obstacles and succeed in their careers.


Attendees can expect to hear from the following panel members:

  • Nadia Hansen, Global Digital Transformation Executive at Salesforce and Former CIO of Clark County
  • Deborah Muro, El Camino Hospital CIO

The session will delve into a range of thought-provoking topics, including breaking gender stereotypes, fostering inclusivity and diversity, advocating for equal opportunities, and leveraging one's unique strengths in the tech landscape. The panelists will also discuss emerging technologies, disruptive trends, and the impact of women's contributions on shaping the industry's future.
