Leasa Neaves is the Head of Global Sales and Go-to-Market, Dell Synergy Acceleration Team at VMware. Leasa leads a Global team with responsibility for building sales and go-to-market plans to expand and grow VMware’s business through Dell Technologies, VMware’s largest global partner. She is an accomplished professional who held a variety of roles in sales and marketing across multiple business divisions spanning a 23+ year career at Dell Technologies prior to joining VMware in January, 2021. She has held senior-level leadership roles in both sales and marketing, including serving as Chief of Staff to sales and marketing executive leadership teams. Leasa also has a passion for employee growth and development and community involvement, leading numerous professional development and women in technology programs and serving on the boards of two non-profit organizations supporting education.

Petra enjoys boating in the Adriatics, playing golf, yoga, pilates, and running as a good way to keep her mind fresh and stretch her legs after long Zoom sessions.

Pascale is Vice President, EMEA VMware at Dell Technologies. Prior to her current role, as Managing Director she led the Belgian and Luxembourgish Dell Technologies branches for eight years, next to being Vice President Commercial Business for both countries till February 2020.    Pascale received Belgium’s ICT Woman of the Year award in 2014 as a recognition of her role model function and commitment to leadership in the country’s IT sector. She received the European Digital Woman of the Year award in 2017 for being an outstanding female leader in the ICT sector and was named JUMP's Wo.Men@Work 2018 CEO Ambassador for Gender Equality, for her work to achieve gender equality within the ICT landscape.
