Program Improvements based on 2018 VMware Partner Relationship Survey Feedback

Feedback from the 2018 Partner Satisfaction Survey led to continue program enhancements throughout the year across incentives, enablement and more. However, in continuing to listen to you, we have recognized the need for a larger effort. As communicated in the second half of the year, we are undergoing a significant transformation around how we do business together and raising the value of your partner experience. You are seeing some of these changes now and will see more throughout FY20 as we work to:

• Simplify the partner experience to drive consistency, predictability and value
• Align to partner business models and execution capabilities
• Ensure we are engaging partners across the full customer lifecycle
• Drive co-selling and co-delivery with our partners
• Optimize partner profitability and ROI
