Use the new Mind-map view to see a detailed history of your license keys. You can also access the tracker from multiple locations enabling you to swiftly track the history of your license keys.

Use the new “Select All” checkbox, on the By Folder tab, to easily view all License Keys and Products for the Home folder and 1st level folders that you have permission to view.

You can now easily set the number of folders you would like to see in a single page. The pagination is formed automatically subject to the total number of folders available on the account.

On the By Folder tab, you will now be able to search for a specific folder using the new search functionality. You can type the name of the folder and select the search button to find the folder that you are looking for. The search is not case sensitive and will search based on apartial folder name.

So that you can easily review the selected folders across multiple pages you can use the new icon , you will see all the selected folders at a glance.

Additionally, you can use the to de-select a folder in case of an invalid selection.

We now help you navigate back to the previous view after reviewing License Keys. All you need to do is click the Back Button. The feature is introduced on both the By Folder and By Product page.

The “Find License Key” functionality is now extended to the “By Folder” tab. Furthermore, you will now have additional filters to improve your search capabilities.

The Order Info tab can now filter based on Order Number and Order Type. The Contract Info tab will also include enhanced filter options based on Contract Number, Contract Status and ELA.

You now have access to additional information about each License Key. Details, such as order type and bundle name will help identifying the right license key. Edition upgraded information is also seen if applicable.

What is Order Type?

- Standard Order – An Order placed through one of our standard channels
- ELA – An Order placed as part of an Enterprise License Agreement
- VMware eStore – An Order placed online through DR Store
- PAC Redemption – An Order placed via Partner Activation Code

What is a Bundle Name?
Indicates if the License Key is part of any Bundle or Kit.

What is Edition Upgraded?
Indicates if the License Key was upgraded from a lower edition product.

Enhanced way to view the folder permissions directly in the License Key page. You can now use the “View Permission” option which is available in the folder action menu.

The error message on the page is now hyperlinked to Users and Permissions, to request permissions. This helps to guide to the next step if you need to request additional permissions.

You can choose to move multiple folders in a single action. Up to a maximum of 10 folders, including sub folders, can now be moved in a single action. This enhancement will help overcome the limitation of moving a single folder in a single action.

You now will be able to generate reports using the "Additional Report Options" link introduced on the License Keys page.

The link is a shortcut that directs you to “Report” Section under the “Account” tab.
