Ignite Your Innovation with Generative AI
Together with our partners, we deliver what enterprises need to seize the full potential of AI.
Introducing VMware Private AI

Private AI helps organizations realize value from their generative AI initiatives faster while maintaining the privacy and control you expect for your sensitive data, whether it resides in a data center, public cloud, or at the edge.
VMware makes it easy to adopt Private AI, with two solutions: VMware Private AI Foundation with NVIDIA, or our Private AI Reference Architecture for an open ecosystem approach.
New VMware Intelligent Assist Capabilities
VMware Tanzu Intelligent Assist
Customers have the power to interact with natural language as their user interface through a single point in VMware Tanzu Hub and its integrated services. This allows users to bypass learning specific site navigation functionalities or querying language to reach the resources they are interested in.
VMware NSX+ Intelligent Assist
A new project will integrate GenAI capabilities into VMware NSX+ to augment NDR using a natural language interface to assess threats. Additional AI/ML capabilities automate the triage of security threats and deliver concrete remediation recommendations. These capabilities accelerate and simplify root cause analysis and remediation efforts.
Project Oakville
A forward-looking project will add GenAI capabilities to the VMware Workspace ONE suite. This will improve the productivity of Workspace ONE admins and provide a consumer-grade experience for end-users. Later this year, the ability to create PowerShell, Bash and Python scripts with the help of AI will be available in Tech Preview.
VMware Private AI Ecosystem

NVIDIA
The VMware Private AI Foundation with NVIDIA addresses customer concerns about the cost, confidentiality, data privacy and control of generative AI. It integrates VMware infrastructure solutions with the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software platform, including the NVIDIA NeMo™ framework to provide an easy, cost-effective, fast and secure way to adopt generative AI.

Intel
VMware solutions are being optimized with Intel’s AI software suite for GenAI platforms to take advantage of new AI accelerators on 4th Gen Intel Xeon processors. This combination of hardware and software addresses the needs of AI professionals, from data scientists who want to customize and fine-tune their models to ML engineers who want to quickly integrate and deploy models into applications.

Hugging Face
The Hugging Face SafeCoder solution uses AI to assist with software development. VMware works with Hugging Face to streamline model delivery, training, tuning, inferencing and operations on VMware’s Private AI Reference Architecture and Private AI Foundation with NVIDIA. SafeCoder runs on-premises and is tuned against customers’ code repos while ensuring data confidentiality and privacy.

Anyscale
VMware is bringing the widely adopted open-source Ray unified compute framework to VMware Cloud environments. Ray on VMware Cloud Foundation makes it easy for data scientists and MLOps engineers to scale AI and Python workloads effortlessly by utilizing their current compute footprints for ML workloads instead of defaulting to the public cloud.

DKube
DKube is an industry leading enterprise MLOps platform based on innovations of Kubeflow and MLFlow. VMware works with DKube to bring together the IT and data science communities at their enterprise clients so that their AI/ML projects can successfully be deployed and maintained in production.

Domino Data Lab
Domino Data Lab is a leading provider of Enterprise MLOps. Together, VMware and Domino deliver robust AI-ready infrastructure and multi-cloud management with full model lifecycle capabilities that accelerate model innovation at scale. VMware, Domino and NVIDIA have teamed to provide a unified analytics, data science, and infrastructure platform that is optimized, validated and supported—purpose-built for AI/ML deployments in the financial services industry.
AI Labs
AI Labs is at the forefront of driving VMware's AI strategy and execution through focused innovation across VMware R&D, strategic partnerships, and longer-term technology investments.
Responsible AI

Unleashing the Power of AI with Ethical Integrity
At VMware, our adoption of ethical AI principles must align with both our EPIC2 values and our ESG goals to build trustworthy and safe AI systems, which respect privacy, security and content ownership policies, and behave in a fair and transparent manner.
