Pathways to Success

VMware® IT Academy courses prepare students for success in an increasingly digital world. Foundational courses help students who are new, and certification-focused courses help validate job readiness.

Foundational Courses

Foundational courses are offered at no cost and familiarize students, including those with little or no formal IT training, with fundamental concepts in virtualization, multi-cloud and modern apps.

Knowledge in these areas can help facilitate a student’s entry into the IT field or enable professionals outside of IT to collaborate with colleagues within IT.

Certification-Focused Courses

Certification-focused courses help learners enhance their existing skills or gain entirely new skills in high-demand areas.

Designated courses also prepare students to achieve VMware Certified Technical Associate (VCTA) or VMware Certified Professional (VCP) credentials.

Learning Pathways for In-Demand Skills

The global IT professional shortage is particularly intense in fields requiring specialized skills or emerging technologies. Our learning pathways educate students to mitigate those intense shortages.
