What's New

VMware vCloud Application Director 6.0.1 is a maintenance release that provides upgrade support. With this added capability, you can apply a patch file and upgrade an existing vCloud Application Director 6.0 appliance to a vCloud Application Director 6.0.1 appliance. For information on how to apply the upgrade patch file, see KB 2069837.

Note vCloud Application Director 6.0.1 is compatible with vCloud Automation Center 6.0.1. To upgrade an existing vCloud Application Director 6.0 appliance to version 6.0.1, you must first upgrade vCloud Automation Center to version 6.0.1.

Known Issues

• Deployment of Cluster Dukes Bank 2.1.0 succeeds but you cannot login into Cluster Dukes Bank because JBoss fails to start.

Workaround:

1. After the deployment succeeds, use the SSH client to login into AppServer node with root user account.
2. Stop all running JBoss instances.
3. Restart JBoss service.

All known issues from prior release of vCloud Application Director 6.0 apply to vCloud Application Director 6.0.1.
