Retrieves a list of the diagnostic partitions on the specified hosts.

Detailed Description

Retrieves a list of the diagnostic partitions on the specified hosts. The list is ordered by the partitions preference. Local diagnostic partitions are more preferable than shared diagnostic partitions because multiple servers cannot share the same partition. The most preferred diagnostic partition is first in the list.
