For information about all features provided by the VMware Horizon View Feature Pack, see the VMware Horizon View Feature Pack Installation and Administration document.

Resolved Issues

  • The OpenSSL library is updated to version openssl-1.0.1j, where necessary, to address several security vulnerabilities described in the OpenSSL 1.0.1 Branch Release Notes.
  • For the HTML Access Agent (installed with the Remote Experience Agent installer), SSLv3 is now disabled by default. This change was made to address CVE-2014-3566, commonly referred to as the POODLE attack.

Known Issues

  • If you use HTML Access with a Safari or Chrome browser on an iPad, and if the View server uses a self-signed security certificate, you might not be able to access your View desktop.
    Workaround: Use valid security certificates.
