Fujitsu Three-Tier Benchmark Test Results for SAP on VMware vSphere

This document summarizes results of three-tier benchmark tests performed by Fujitsu for SAP ERP 6.0 and VMware vSphere 4 running on Fujitsu Primergy BX900 blade servers with Intel Xeon 5500 series processors. The results showed that using Fujitsu Primergy servers and VMware vSphere in a fully-virtualized SAP deployment provided a high level of performance to satisfy requirements for the SAP benchmark, with only minimal vSphere tuning.
