In February 2018, VMware acquired CloudCoreo, continuing on our commitment to secure and manage applications in a multi-cloud world.

 

CloudCoreo offers a solution for proactively identifying public cloud risks at the time of deployment to prevent breaches of compliance violations before they occur. The solution also continuously scans and monitors cloud infrastructure to keep applications and data safe.

 

As a part of VMware, CloudCoreo will help to extend VMware's support for consistent operations across any cloud. The acquisition will further enable customers to access the right cloud for the needs of each individual application, while optimizing security and compliance.
