What are PODs?
A POD is a group of VMware employees who come together to take action on issues affecting underrepresented communities. Our PODs create a sense of belonging—when you work at VMware, you’re welcome to join any of them.

A quarter of our employees from around the world have joined our PODs. You don’t need to be a member of an underrepresented community to join one.
Veterans@VMware POD
A safe space for self-identified military veterans and supporters, with a focus on outreach and finding ways to encourage leaders to embrace veterans’ unique skills.
